Preface

Quantum Fabric is an integrated environment with multiple features- Identity, Integration, Orchestration, and Engagement Services. These features can be accessed through a common, centralized console. For successful authentication with users, and to access the centralized features of Quantum Fabric. Quantum Fabricrecommends that you install the following features:

  • Quantum Fabric Identity and Console
  • Quantum Fabric Integration
  • Quantum Fabric Engagement Services
  • Quantum Fabric Sync

Purpose

This document provides details for invoking the exposed APIs to create, fetch and update Engagement Services data. The REST API identifies Engagement Services Console application and users using OAuth and MBaas authentication and provides response messages.

Intended Audience

This document is intended for application developers who integrate Quantum Fabric Engagement Services to the multi-channel mobile platform, Quantum IDE, work on APIs, and modify APIs.
