Fixed Issues

Support to remove the environment name from pre-signed URL generation has been added to cloud fsa.
Fixed an issue in SPA apps for redirecting a request with query parameters.
Fixed an issue in the republish process of event driven workflows.
Fixed an issue in the ObjectServiceInvokerBuilder for GET requests when HTTP Integrity check is enabled.

For Cloud: Raise a cloud upgrade request.
For On-Premises: Follow these steps:
1. Download the Quantum Fabric 9.2.1.6 Integration Server artifacts from the following link:
  http://download.temenos-cloud.com/onpremise/mobilefabric/server/9.2.1.6/mf-integrationserver-9.2.1.6.zip
2. Extract the mf-integrationserver-9.2.1.6.zip, you will find the following WAR files in the middleware folder:
  - admin.war
  - services.war
  - middleware.war
  - apps.war
3. Take a backup of the existing war files and replace them with the downloaded war files in your Web (or) Application Server.
4. Restart the server.
