Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where custom filters, servlets, and listeners would not load due to timing issues between the main thread and the timer thread.
Support for the SameSite security attribute has been added to the cookies that are generated by the App Services.

For Cloud: Raise a cloud upgrade request.
For On-Premises: Follow these steps:
1. Download the Quantum Fabric 9.2.1.3 Integration Server artifacts from the following link:
  http://download.temenos-cloud.com/onpremise/mobilefabric/server/9.2.1.3/mf-integrationserver-9.2.1.3.zip
2. Extract the mf-integrationserver-9.2.1.3.zip, you will find the following WAR files in the middleware folder:
  - admin.war
  - services.war
  - middleware.war
  - apps.war
3. Take a backup of the existing war files and replace them with the downloaded war files in your Web (or) Application Server.
4. Restart the server.
