Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue related to invalid auth header values for public services.
Fixed an issue related to error handling for OpenAPI and Swagger services.
Fixed an issue related to the deployment of the admin.war file by upgrading the apache tiles dtd version for on-premise setups without outbound internet connectivity.

For Cloud: Raise a cloud upgrade request.
For On-Premises: Follow these steps:
1. Download the Quantum Fabric 9.5.0.4 Integration Server artifacts from the following link:
  https://download.temenos-cloud.com/onpremise/mobilefabric/server/9.5.0.4/Middleware.zip
2. Extract the mf-integrationserver-9.5.0.4.zip, you will find the following WAR files in the middleware folder:
  - admin.war
  - services.war
  - middleware.war
  - apps.war
3. Take a backup of the existing war files and replace them with the downloaded war files in your Web (or) Application Server.
4. Restart the server.
