Enhancements

• Added support for MySQL 8.0.26 as the database server.
• Fixed an issue related to the deployment of WAR files for on-premise setups without internet connectivity. To fix the issue, the apache tiles dtd version and the XSD path of Spring-security OAuth have been updated.
• Fixed an issue related to the license activation button, which occurred if the Fabric console was opened with an expired license.
