Enhancements

• Added support for two-layer PKCE

  Support for a two-layer PKCE authentication mechanism has been added to the Authorization code flow of OAuth 2.0. This PKCE setting is enabled by default for new Identity services.

• Increased App-Publish Timeout
  

  The timeout for publishing an app has been increased from 20 minutes to 60 minutes.

Fixed Issues

• Fixed an issue where MFCLI was unable to parse Publish responses from Fabric environments earlier than V9SP3.
