Quantum Fabric V9.2.0.0 on Microsoft Azure

New Features

• Upgraded the Quantum Fabric docker images from 9.1.0.1_GA to 9.2.0.0_GA.
• Added support to deploy Campaign and Marketing Catalog microservices.
• Implemented Azure KMS service for Fabric Identity which helps in improving the overall security.
